Lost Packages -

At RADARCLOTHINGCLUB, we strive to ensure every order reaches you in a timely manner. In turn, we ask that you double check to make sure all shipping details are listed accurately. If not, packages can be lost or returned to sender. In the event that your order is lost during transit, please reach out to our customer support team at orders.radarclothingclub@gmail.com with your order number, including any relevant details, and we will provide a proper solution.

Damaged Packages -

We understand the disappointment of receiving a damaged package. If a package is deemed to be damaged upon reception, please report to our customer support team at orders.radarclothingclub@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the order and include photos of the damaged items or package.

We will review the provided documentation and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
